Khumra Perfume

Traditional Khumra, is made out of special perfumes including pure Sandalwood oil, and dufra (onycha; roasted seashells lids) which are grinded on the sandal wood. The paste is made from the powdered dried ingredients that include Mahlet seeds, sandalwood powder, dufra and musk - all the ingredients used are of the highest quality. This paste is transferred to a bowl which is then smoked in a charcoal fire with pieces of sandalwood bakhoor on a low heat - This process is repeated several times. Once the paste turns into a dark red color after being smoked on the heat sandalwood oils are added and the smoked paste is combined with various authentic Parisian perfumes.
